Little Wins Bakehouse was born from a love of baking, the simple joy of sharing good food with people you care about, and let’s be real — the pursuit of the highest compliment at family gatherings: “mm, not too sweet.”

What started as baking for friends and family slowly turned into something more: bringing people together over baked goods that feel thoughtful and comforting. Many of our flavors are inspired by the Asian sweets, drinks, and nostalgic flavors we grew up loving, alongside a few classics that are simply too good not to make.

Everything is baked fresh from scratch in small batches with brown butter, quality ingredients, and lots of care. The goal is simple: really good baked goods that feel special enough to celebrate with, but easy enough to enjoy just because.

Hi, I’m Win, the baker behind Little Wins Bakehouse.

I’ve always dreamed of having my own bakery or cafe. These days, I’m usually recipe testing and experimenting with fun flavor combinations.

If I’m not baking or working at my day job, you can probably find me chasing some sunshine with my partner and two mini Aussies, Nugget and Frankie.

My hope is that these bakes will bring some joy into your day and serve as a gentle reminder to celebrate life’s little wins. Thank you for being here and supporting this dream. It truly means so much.
