Pickup is currently in Diamond Heights, San Francisco on Fridays between 4pm - 7pm. You’ll select your pickup window and see the pickup location information on Hotplate when you place your pre-order.

Not at this time. Little Wins Bakehouse is a small, made-to-order microbakery, and each batch is planned in advance to keep everything fresh and thoughtfully made.

Regular weekly drops are pickup only at this time.

For large orders, catering, or events, limited local delivery in San Francisco and the surrounding areas may be available for an additional fee depending on order size, location, and availability.

We do not offer shipping at this time. As a team of one, we’re currently focused on serving the Bay Area through local pickups, pop-ups, and select event orders.

Absolutely! We offer large orders for events, gifting, and special occasions depending on availability. Please visit our Catering page for details and inquiry information.

Our baked goods are best enjoyed the same day you pick them up for the very best texture and flavor.

Cookies: if you won’t be eating them right away, please transfer them to an airtight container at room temperature away from direct sunlight and heat. For the best experience, enjoy your cookies within 2-3 days.

Rolls: rolls are also best enjoyed the day of pickup. Store any leftovers in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 1-2 days. If you’d like to keep them longer, refrigerate and enjoy within a few days.

To reheat, place the roll on a microwave-safe plate and cover it with a damp paper towel, and microwave for 15-30 seconds or until warm.

We bake everything using shared equipment in our kitchen. Our baked goods often contain wheat, eggs, milk, soy, nuts, and sesame. While we may offer flavors without nuts and we take care to prevent cross contamination, our kitchen is not allergen-free.

Yes! While cookies are our main focus, Little Wins may occasionally offer specialty bakes such as rolls, macarons, or seasonal desserts in limited quantities as part of select weekly drops or events. Availability will vary week-to-week.
