All items are freshly baked to order in small batches. Limited quantities are available through our regular pre-order drops on Hotplate.

how pre-order drops work:

Each drop features a rotating menu of cookies and occasional specialty bakes, available for local pickup in San Francisco.

• Pre-orders open: Sundays at 10:00 am (our first drop opens Sunday, July 12, 2026)

• Pre-orders close: Tuesdays at 6:00 pm or when sold out

• Pickup: Fridays in Diamond Heights, San Francisco between 4:00 pm - 7:00 pm. You’ll select your pickup window during checkout.

• Cookies: Build your own 6-pack from the drop’s menu

• Special items: Select specialty bakes may be offered in limited quantities

New drops are typically released weekly, though occasional schedule changes may occur due to events, holidays, or limited availability. Follow us on Instagram or join our drop list on Hotplate for the latest updates.

pickup notes:

You’ll select your pickup window and see the pickup location information on Hotplate.

Please plan to arrive during your selected pickup window. Orders not picked up during the designated window cannot be held, replaced, or refunded.
